Your privacy matters.
This policy describes data used by Manna, the Bible reading app provided by Krešimir Galić. Contact: kresimir.galic@fronttribe.com.
Account and preferences
Manna creates a guest account to support connected features. You can optionally use Sign in with Apple. We process an account identifier, your chosen name, and account information Apple shares with your permission, which may include an email or private relay address. We do not receive your Apple password.
Onboarding and settings preferences include Bible translation, study depth, religious tradition, selected seasons or feelings, and how you heard about Manna. Religious tradition and some information you choose to share may be sensitive. We use preferences to personalize the app.
Reading and user content
We process saved verses, collections, notes, reading progress, streaks, Ask conversations, and interactions such as Amen, saves, time spent on a verse, and requests for explanations. Connected records may be associated with your account to provide sync, personalization, support and service improvement.
Guided journeys and private writing
Guided-journey reflections stay on your device unless you enable journey sync after Apple sign-in. If enabled, existing and future journey reflections and progress are stored in your private Manna account on Supabase. Each device opts in separately. Turning sync off stops future sync but does not erase existing cloud copies. Journey reflections are not sent to AI or advertising services. The reflection timeline and seven-day activity summary are assembled on your device.
Subscriptions and notifications
Apple handles payment. RevenueCat processes account identifiers, purchase history, subscription status and relevant device/app information to manage subscriptions and subscription analytics. We do not receive payment-card details.
If you enable notifications, we store a push-notification token and your selected delivery time. You can turn off notifications in iOS Settings.
App activity events
We use PostHog EU Cloud for product analytics. It processes a pseudonymous device identifier and, after Apple sign-in, your Manna account identifier, together with app lifecycle events, screen names, deliberate product actions, feature category, subscription plan where relevant, time, and basic device/app information. Session replay is disabled. These events do not contain your questions, reflections, Scripture selections, name, or religious preferences, and are not sent to Meta.
Service providers and AI
Supabase provides authentication, databases and connected services. PostHog provides product analytics from its EU Cloud. Ask requests, conversation context, the relevant verse and tradition preference may be processed through OpenRouter and its model providers to generate responses. ElevenLabs provides generated narration. Semantic search sends the search text to Voyage AI to find relevant passages. Meta receives the advertising measurement described below. Avoid entering information you do not want processed by these services.
Our providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services, including network and request information. Provider processing and retention are governed by their applicable terms and our configured services. Crisis-related safety flags may be retained for safety review.
Advertising and tracking
We advertise Manna on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and measure which ads bring people to the app. The first time you continue past the end of onboarding, iOS asks whether Manna may track you. If you allow it, we share your device's advertising identifier, app installs and opens, and subscription starts (product, price and currency) with Meta, and the same identifiers with RevenueCat, our subscription provider, so subscription renewals can be attributed to the ad that brought you. If you don't allow it, Manna still tells Meta about installs, app opens and subscription starts without your advertising identifier, and Meta uses this only for aggregated measurement (Aggregated Event Measurement and Apple's SKAdNetwork). You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Apple Search Ads attribution uses Apple's privacy-preserving attribution token and does not require tracking permission. We never share your Scripture reading, prayers, questions, reflections, notes or religious preferences with advertisers, and we do not sell your personal data.
Retention and your choices
Account content is retained to provide the service until it is deleted or no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. You can delete individual conversations in the app. After signing in with Apple, delete your account in Me → Account → Delete account. This removes your Manna account and associated account data, plus local notes and progress on the device where you delete it. Apple sign-in disconnection instructions are shown after deletion. For access, correction, or other privacy requests, email kresimir.galic@fronttribe.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. This website uses Vercel hosting, which processes requests and technical logs to deliver and secure the pages. These pages contain no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
